Court banned wrestling fan

22 year old wrestling fan Zavr Peygumbari got arrested after he called WWE's headquarters in Stamford, CT., over twenty times last week threatening to blow up the building.

During the calls, Peygumbari told the operator that he will be visiting the offices with a machete and a machine gun because they released former Women's champion Mickie James.

The Judge told him that he cannot contact WWE or go near the offices in Stamford or attend any of their events, with the last demand drawing a response from the accused.

"I'm not allowed to go to wrestling shows?" he asked, as the courtroom chuckled.

I always wonder how do the courts or events monitor that? How would they know if a criminal enters they're events? Thousands of people crowd the doors and it's so hard to pay attention. Do the courts send letters to criminal when events come to town? Do they have to check I. With police?
What happens when someone is banned??
If you know please let me know
